As Senior Product Manager for Blackbaud Labs, Barry oversaw two of our most successful initiatives: (1) rolling out a company-wide Idea Management System -- which engaged a whopping 20% of Blackbaud's 3600 global associates in its first 6-months live; and (2) shepherding Blackbaud's Livestream Fundraising capability from an Off The Grid submission to a successful product offering at http://live.justgiving.com.
