EAST COAST SUMMER TOUR, Pt. 2 — Goals?
How many talks can I give in 2 months on the road — with no advance planning?
The first few weeks will be raw and spontaneous. Cold calls, warm introductions, showing up and asking. Once I'm in a rhythm, I'll start booking the back half of the tour further out.
Three goals for 60 days on the road:
1. Impact. Share The Inner Adventure Mindset with as many leaders, teams, and organizations as I can. That's the whole reason I'm doing this.
2. Reps. Give X talks in 60 days. (I'll fill in that number soon week after talking to some veteran speakers. I'm not going to pull it out of thin air.)
3. Revenue. Earn $X by August 22nd. (Same — I'll set a stretch number.
My biggest limiting factor right now isn't leads. It isn't bookings.
It's collateral. No speaker reel. No one-pager. Yet.
That's my focus for week 1, which is next week!
Most people wait until everything is dialed in before they launch.
